Behind this concept are the thoroughbred restaurateurs Alex Knoll, Verena and Dennis Markov. The siblings Alex and Verena and the Berlin chef combine a passion for good food, cozy get-togethers and delicious drinks, which they now bring to the table together at the Hinterbrühl inn.
