Specialty: AUTHENTIC Salzburg Mozartkugel

First marketed around 1880 by the Salzburg confectioner Rudolf Baumann, the Mozartkugel is considered a culinary homage to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Today, it is presented as a delicate composition of pistachio marcipan, nougat and chocolate, traditionally wrapped in silver-blue foil. At the Josef Holzermayr confectionery, this tradition of the genuine Salzburg Mozartkugel is still upheld today.
