Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the cake-tin and pour the cranberry sauce into it. Beat the egg whites and the sugar together to soft peaks. Slowly add the remaining ingredients. Fill the mixture into the cake-tin and form three equal mounds. Bake for 12 minutes, until golden. Don‘t open the oven while baking! Sprinkle the finished Nockerl with icing sugar and serve immediately!

1 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce 1 pinch salt
1 pinch vanilla sugar
